Most of our work is for homeowners: a tree that has become unsafe, branches over the roof, or a tree that has outgrown the garden. Ronni inspects every tree in person and quotes for free.
Trees on residential blocks are often close to the house, the fence or the property next door. Limbs are roped before they are cut and lowered under control, so nothing is dropped onto a roof, a fence or a glass balcony. Where there is no truck access, the tree is taken down in roped sections and carried out by hand.
Not every tree needs to come out. Many only need a reduction in height and weight, and you are told which applies before any work is quoted. If the tree is likely to be protected by your council, you are told what to check before work starts.
Every job finishes with the branches and timber chipped and taken away, and the ground raked off.

Common questions
Does the tree have to be removed, or can it be pruned?
Often it can be pruned. Many trees only need a reduction in height and weight, and Ronni will tell you which applies at the quote.
Can you clear branches off my roof and gutters?
Yes. Roof clearance cuts back branches growing over, against or too close to the roof, which keeps leaves and debris out of the gutters.
