We look after trees on strata properties across Sydney’s north, from trees over shared driveways to branches over the roofs of townhouses and units. Ronni inspects the trees in person and quotes for free.
Trees on common property are usually the owners corporation’s responsibility. Removing or heavily pruning a protected tree generally needs council approval as well, and the owners corporation normally makes that application. You are told at the quote whether a tree is likely to need it.
Limbs are roped and lowered under control over roofs, cars and walkways, and all branches and timber are chipped and taken away before we leave.
Public liability insurance is carried on every job, residential and strata.

Common questions
Who needs to approve tree work on a strata property?
Usually the owners corporation, through the strata committee or manager, and the council as well if the tree is protected. We can tell you at the quote whether council approval is likely to be needed.
Can you work on trees over townhouse and unit roofs?
Yes. Roof clearance cuts back branches growing over or against roofs and gutters, and limbs are roped and lowered under control so nothing drops onto the roof below.
